Destination Wedding Gowns

Are you planning a destination wedding?
We have lots of gowns to choose from that would be perfect for a wedding in the blissful sun!
My first tip for bridal gown shopping for an abroad wedding would be to choose something lightweight, if you’re heading somewhere hot and sunny, a thick and heavy gown will add to the heat. We have so many beautiful options of lighter gowns!
Also, another thing to think about would be something that can easily be packed (with care) into either a bridal gown box or hand luggage, for example, choosing a full lace, fit and flare gown will easily pack into a box, she won’t crease and will always look fabulous!
Sparkle!! Anything that can catch the sunlight is perfect for a destination wedding, even subtle sparkle, sequins or beading can catch the light so beautifully to add that hint of glamour to your day.
I have chosen a selection of gowns that would be perfect, each gown is different and beautiful in their own way, showcasing a selection of styles!
First up is the beautiful Omari by Blue by Enzoani, a chic and modern fit and flare gown that is the perfect mix of crepe and intricate lace.
Omari’s beautifully feminine lace pattern features flowers and is embellished with sequins and beads which catch the light beautifully. Her sheer bodice, spaghetti straps and low back will keep you cool in the heat and her fabulously intricate train can be detached to reveal a shorter length to dance the night away!
Second on the list is the fabulously feminine Omarra by Blue by Enzoani, although she has a fuller skirt, she is still surprisingly lightweight and floaty.
Her beaded spaghetti straps, intricately beaded bodice and low back make her the perfect gown for an abroad wedding. Enzoani also shot this gown on the beach and the photos are so beautiful!
Third on the list is the full lace beauty Ophelia by Kenneth Winston, intricate appliques adorn Chantilly lace for a beautiful contrast.
Kenneth Winston are known for the glitz and glamour, beautiful beading and a show-stopping train are paired with cross back straps to complete this ornate beauty.
Next up is the absolutely stunning Scarlett by Lillian West, a fit and flare gown fully adorned with the most beautiful, 3D leaf detail appliques.
Each applique features the most incredible sparkle that again, catches the light perfectly. Scarlett’s plunging neckline, low back and cut-out side panels will keep you cool, she is also surprisingly lightweight for how detailed she is.
Her soft tulle, feminine bows are also detachable to offer two different looks!
Last but certainly not least is the fabulous Ina by Lillian West!
One of the more relaxed styles in the line-up, but equally as beautiful! Ina features a super soft and lightweight tulle skirt, a sheer bodice with exposed boning and a flattering and modern straight neckline.
Her large floral applique’s offer a modern twist, making her a great option for an abroad wedding!
