The email you’ve all been waiting for! Thank you so much for your patience during what has been a rather busy few days. We are SO excited to be reopening on the 12th April 2021 at 9.30am! Our online diary will open on the 5th March at 10am! This will give our team a chance to book our existing brides in to Lulu’s and the ladies who’s appointments were cancelled due to Covid. The best way to give you access to as much information as possible is to do a quick Q&A, split into two parts. If you’re a Lulu’s bride already AND you’ve been contacted to say your gown is in store OR you’d like to visit us and become a Lulu’s bride! We’ve tried our best to cover everything but if we can help you further, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Email is still the best way to get in touch until we return to the office as normal, from the 5th April 2021. We also have a comprehensive FAQ section linked here.

I’m a Lulu’s bride I ordered my dress from you and it arrived while you were closed, when will I be able to try her on? We are prioritising you when our diary reopens! Sunday mornings will be dedicated to our brides who are yet to try their own gowns on. We want to make this time as special and magical as possible and doing this away from the hustle and bustle of a Saturday is the perfect way to do this. If you have already bought your dress from Lulu’s AND it has arrived please email info@lulu-browns.com to book your Sunday appointment :) The Sunday’s will not appear on our online booking system as we’ve reserved them for you! When picking my dress up, can I try her on? Of course! Trying your very own gown on for the first time is such a special moment, we dedicate a 50 minute appointment which gives us plenty of time to try any veils or accessories too (should you wish)! You will then have the option to take your beautiful gown away with you for alterations or leave her safe and sound with us at Lulu’s ready for the ladies at Legend to collect for your first fitting.

How many guests can I bring with me to my appointment? As we are only a small (but perfectly formed) boutique, we can only welcome the bride and up to 2 guests at this time. We are so excited to get back to doing what we love and have missed our beautiful brides so much, we do however still need to be careful and maintain social distancing at all times. We will be more than happy to log you onto our Wifi so you can include other friends or family members via facetime/zoom calls! How long will my appointment be? Your appointment will be 50 minutes long and your appointment room will be thoroughly cleaned between each fitting. I'm hoping to become a Lulu's bride! I am so excited to visit you and try dresses on, when will I be able to do this? Saturday’s and weekday appointments will be dedicated to new brides who haven’t had the chance to visit us yet or try on dresses! We have a boutique bursting at the seams with incredible gowns, ready and waiting to be tried on! Our website is kept up to date with our current collections, every gown we have in store in available to view on there with the price and the size of our samples.

I had an appointment booked that I paid for but was cancelled due to lockdown, how do I rebook? If you had an appointment booked in with us over the last few months that was unfortunately cancelled AND you had paid for it, please email us on info@lulu-browns.com with your full name, wedding date, contact number and the date and time of your original booking. We will be prioritising rearranging existing appointments! As we will be doing this manually, please be as flexible as possible with dates and times and so will we! How long will my appointment last? You have your private fitting suite for 1 hour and 50 minutes, complete with one of our stylists too! It is a good idea to make a list of up to 10 gowns from our website that you would like to try. Don't panic if it feels overwhelming, we will go through everything on the day too. My wedding is in summer, do I still have time to find a gown? Yes! We have never missed a wedding yet! Even if you have only 2 months until your wedding date, we have a boutique full of beautiful gowns awaiting their new home. The majority of our gowns can be sold off the peg, providing the fit is fairly close, alterations can be made to ensure the gown fits like a glove! We are used to dealing with shorter time scales and will not leave you without your perfect gown! I’m getting married next year, when should I come and visit Lulu’s? As soon as you’re ready to buy a gown we will be ready and waiting! The next few months are going to be wonderful to match some beautiful gowns with their lifetime owners and we cant wait! Are your gowns very expensive? Well, I guess it’s all a matter of opinion! Our ready to wear samples start around £300 and our full price collection starts around £1100. Our average new gown is priced around £1500. Sample gowns are required to be paid for in full and new gowns require a 50% deposit to order with the balance being paid when your gown arrives.
